Struggling with slow or stuck document loading on Collabora Office for Android? You’re not alone and we’ve got great news! 🎉

We tracked down a sneaky issue where Android’s WebView `loadUrl` would choke on large strings (looking at you, base64 tiles 👀). Our awesome dev Skyler dove in, did some serious detective work 🔍, and built a slick new WebSocket-based workaround that _blazes_ through document loading.

The difference? Night and day.

This fix is now live in **Collabora Office 25.04.2 for Android** — grab it from the Play Store and enjoy documents that load like a dream.
