# Collabora for Android to import data from URL

Hmmm… I’m not sure.

- What are you trying to do exactly?
- Can you link to an example of data you wanted to import?
- Do you know how to do what you want on the desktop/other tools?
- Are you getting any errors right now?
  - What formulas are you using?
  - Do you have a sample spreadsheet?

According to this thread:

there is a:

- `WEBSERVICE` function
  - See LibreOffice 7.6 Help for:
    - [URI Functions \> WEBSERVICE](https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/01/func_webservice.html?DbPAR=CALC#bm_id3149012)

which can pull data from a site and shove it into a cell.

Back in 2021, there was similar discussion:

but they mentioned it only worked FIRST open, then didn’t work/update on subsequent openings.

Unsure if anything changed since 2021 or how this specific thing works in the Android/app version.
