    • various efforts at a reduced submit-to-verdict for changesets

      • trying to count from “submit to gerrit” to “a result is reported”

    • landlock by default for the dev “make run”

      • if Ubuntu needed tweaks for the user-namespace case, that is no longer needed

    • some more steps to reduce double-compiling for the coda+server build
