When I try to create a new document in Nextcloud I get the message “Loading new document” but nothing else happens. When it times out, I get the message “Document loading failed”.

It refuses to open or create any collabora documents.

A little more info:
Runing curl -k, I get “OK”
Accessing the url: "[https://office.mysite.com](https://office.mysite.com) I get “OK”
Under nextcloud office settings, I get “Collabora Online server is reachable”

I’m running Nextcloud in docker, same for CODE

Any help is appreciated… Thanks!

Two ideas:

- double-check your reverse proxy config,
- connect to your container, and run curl to check if your Nextcloud host is accessible from it.
