In Collabora Online 24.04, is the ‘Temporary View’ feature available for Calc? We are working on shared spreadsheets, but filtering is global and disrupts other users’ work. I’ve checked the Data tab but I can’t find the option to enable a private view.

In **Collabora Online 24.04** (including your version **24.04.3.1** ), the **Temporary View / Private View** feature is **not available for Calc**.

At that time, filtering in Calc is still **global** , so any filter changes affect all users working on the spreadsheet.

The good news is that this has been improved in the newer **25.x CODE versions** , where **Sheet View (private view)** is available. This allows users to apply filters and sorting without impacting others working on the same spreadsheet.

If this functionality is important for your workflow, I would recommend updating from **24.04** to the latest **25.x CODE version** to access Sheet View.

After upgrading, you should see the Sheet View option available in Calc.
