# I have a collabora sever up and running everything is work but when i connect it to nextcloud it keep on it dont want to load the files

I’m not a developer, but just here to say, if you want help, you’ll probably need to be more specific about exactly what happens, ideally with a screenshot so people can understand the problem. For example, [it could be the same problem I had here](https://forum.collaboraonline.com/t/collabora-update-from-6-4-to-21-has-made-initialisation-in-nextcloud-very-slow/771/6), or it could be a completely different thing from your limited description.

Hi @phoenix

(thanks @crobar for chiming in : ))

Could you please paste here what you see when accessing the Network tab in the web dev tools?

1. ctrl + shift + i or simply F12
2. Select `Network` tab
3. probably you need to reload the page now

Does it show any error popup or takes a long time without showing any error but eventually it loads?

Also maybe it would help if you paste here your console errors, here is how:

1. ctrl + shift + i or simply F12
2. Select `Console` tab
3. You can filter by `Errors` only ( by deselecting all the others `Warnings`, `logs`, `Info`,`Debug`
