# Locate to the specified comment

how to locate the specified comment and make it selected after opening the document in edit mode?

Hello again @xisheng

You can go to any specific comment by opening navigator and then select your preferred comment by just clicking on that list item 🙂

Thank you for your reply! Can this operation process (navigator -\>eComments -\>select comment) be implemented using the PostMessage API or other code?

Currently, there is no `SelectAnnotation` API in the PostMessage API.
