# Must restart coolwsd to reopen same document

Hi,

Debian 11  
Code 21.11.1.4-1

I can’t reopen an odt-odp… file without restarting coolwsd service.  
It happens with nextcloud or my wopiserver.

The log (for the error) begins by these 2 lines !  
Feb 04 09:42:15 deb-collabora coolwsd[564]: wsd-00564-00584 2022-02-04 09:42:15.316524 +0100 [websrv\_poll] WRN DocBroker with docKey [/index.php/apps/richdocuments/wopi/files/10\_ocetbtj061g8] that is marked to be destroyed. Rejecting client request.| wsd/COOLWSD.cpp:2281

I’ve already tried to generate a brand new token (random) to open the file → Same issue.

Any idea ?
