Bonjour,

F.

PS : je travaille avec ces versions

- Debian 12 Bookworm
- Nextcloud 25.0.13
- Nextcloud Office 7.1.8 // Collabora Online Version COOLWSD : 21.11.5.2

Hello @Fleik and welcome to the forum.

- Collabora Online Version **COOLWSD : 21.11.5.2**

Whoa, that one is old (~June 2022).

**You probably want to upgrade to the latest 23.05 versions.** I’m betting your bug is already fixed.

I tested background images in:

- COOL 23.05.6.4
- LibreOffice 7.6.4.1

and they worked. (See steps below.)

I translated your message from French-\>English through DeepL:

So, if I’m understanding you correctly…

In Writer, you are:

### Setting a Background Image

1. Go to “Layout” tab.

2. Press “Page” button.

3. Go to “Area” tab.

4. Click “Image” button.

- (Leaving it on default settings?)

1. Press OK.

Then you are:

- Saving as ODT.
- Opening ODT in LibreOffice.

And then your:

- LibreOffice doesn’t have a full background image.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your time and for answering me !
I can’t update the COOL version (Oops, didn’t know it was so old !), cause I’m not the administrator. Bugs probably come from this, then… I’ll ask them !

Thank you,

F.
