Hi @paulcoholic, welcome to the forum, and thanks for the detailed report — version, git hash, and macOS version all included, that helps a lot! Two quick questions to help us pin it down: 1. If you open a document and look at the **in-app UI** (the File tab in the tabbed toolbar, or the menu inside the document window) rather than the macOS menu bar at the top of the screen — do you see any Export / Download options there? 2. Did you install from the Mac App Store or from a direct download from [collabora.com](http://collabora.com)? (The App Store build is sandboxed, so it’s useful to know which one shows this.) Either way, this deserves a bug report — would you be up for filing one at [Issues · CollaboraOnline/online · GitHub](https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues) with the same details you posted here?
