Calc: Pre-View Spreadsheet Filtering

- Preparing patches of sheet view functionality to be merged into master / co-25.04
  - also fixed failing tests which is a product of an seemingly innocent change
  - caused by not checking current ScViewDataTable is set in ViewData caused a crash

- Researching how to remember the sorting order and store that for the sheet view and use that in syncing
  - First solve basic scenarios:
    - sort in sheet view
    - sort in default view

  - Later add more complex scenarios
    - sort sheet view and default view, and different order
    - multiple sorts
    - multiple views

  - Remember the order in SheetView data structure

- Added test for changing a value in a sorted auto-filter
  - Cover basic scenarios for now, then add more complex scenarios later

- Adding formula syncing
  - and extend the tests to also cover this scenario
