1. Upload offline documents to the system;
2. Open the document online,  
[Result]  
The document format has been changed  
[Expectations]  
Maintain consistency between online and offline document formats

- Or share a specific document (DOCX/ODT) that is giving you problems?

and maybe:

- Share the exact OS + Collabora version you are using?
