Sorry to hear you are having issues, but the meeting minutes reflect what is said in the meeting by people who attend it. (It is a public meeting, open to all contributors of COOL/CODE)
Gabriel is not a member of the team but a valued contributor/community-member, and he was sharing his experience/thoughts.
Nonetheless, although this category is meant to be a place where users help each other, team members try to respond topics from time to time, but unfortunately their number/time is not infinite, and they work to fix and improve COOL/CODE all the time. 
I’ll try to draw some attention to this topic, but the place to properly file bugs (after making sure it’s not a configuration error but a bug) is our GitHub Issues page, and they are very much appreciated there.
