Collabora Office Desktop on Linux

Hi everyone. Is there any other way except the flatpak bundle to get Collabora Office on Linux?

Also if I want to build it from source I guess Build Collabora Online for Web | Collabora Online - Community Page is a good starting point, but that won’t give me the desktop version, right?
