    Made it work on online / linux .. had som glitches but nothing serious. Im cleaning the code now, and I plan to make an experimental PR to merge. (I have wip PR now: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/186950) After that, I have to add more chart properties to chartTheme.

      • Idea: Should we show warning dialogs/model for one time if we move them to 2d canvas?

        • Possible Problem: 1) Browser Accelerator off 2) Hardware Accelerator Off 3) Hardware is not compatible – Can’t do much :slight_smile:

          • Joao: could be useful. So, user can understand that it’s not a problem within COOL but actually something else (hardware; web browser; etc). The hard part is how to do that/

          • Banobe: Yes, I agree, but I don’t see how to do this with a common popup that automatically disappears

            • A warning with an ok button that allows the user to read the message and just after pressing the button → the message disappears

          • Pedro & Vivek:

            • I would rather not have an obtrusive message ….

            • we can do one more thing:

              • Add the message as a label directly in there

              • disable the ui in the edit mode for both the animations and transitions

                • Possible problem: people cannot change these things and save the document

  • iOS blurring document when opened in portrait mode…

    • Seems to be caused by some canvas resizing changes

    • Reverted for the 25.04.3 release, will fix properly for 25.04.4

  • iOS crashing when using “take video” to insert option

    • Video insertion as a whole turns out to not work on mobile platforms → not something that can necessarily be quickly fixed

    • Hidden this option for the 25.04.3 mobile release, will fix properly… sometime

  • Cursor hiding in readonly mode

    • Selection and copy/paste still work, so best to only hide the blinking cursor not the selection/selection handles/etc.

      • Also hiding the autofill handle in calc, since as that is only used for editing…

    • Fixed in https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/pull/12422

    • There’s a bug with how we clear selections … out of scope for this task but to be fixed in the future

  • Nextcloud iOS app unable to open odt documents

    • Tracked this down to an unassuming change to coordinates → turns out it weakened a condition leading to some code being run before the document was initialized… and erroring, preventing further initialization. Oops

    • Have a tiny (+1-1) patch that seems to fix this → doing some more testing/verification and expecting to get a PR up today
