This time it’s all about Layout Tab. The Layout Tab in Collabora Online Writer gives you complete control over your document’s structure, from margins and page size to columns and page breaks.

- Margins - Quickly choose presets like normal, wide, or narrow, or set custom margins for full control
- Page formats & orientation - Select from A4, A5, Letter, Legal, and more, then instantly switch between portrait and landscape
- Multi-column layouts - Create professional newsletter or article layouts with adjustable columns, separator lines, and automatic text flow
- Page breaks - Use line breaks, column breaks, or page breaks for precise control over where content moves to the next page
- Professional polish - Add hyphenation for better readability, line numbering for reference documents, watermarks for branding, and title pages for clean presentation
