If i understand well anyone on Internet can access that Collabora instance if he finds out the fqdn of it. Is there a way to restrict that in Collabora configuration

this one I can easily answer - there is config “aliasgroup1”(…2|3) in docker and respective coolwsd.xml alias_groups setting where you can list systems allowed to access the COOL/CODE server

By default Collabora Online enables the first WOPI host that tries to connect. You can define the allowed WOPI hosts by passing environment variables.
