- Auto Text - Save predefined text blocks and reuse them instantly by typing a shortcut and pressing F3
- Custom Dictionaries - Upload shared word lists across your organization to eliminate spelling check errors for industry-specific terms and acronyms
- View Settings - Enable integrations like Zotero for research management or configure secure document signing capabilities
- Interface Settings - Set default editor appearance with options for notebook bar, compact view, dark mode, screen reader, navigator, and ruler visibility
- Document Settings - Define default page layout, print settings, and document structure so documents are ready-to-use from the start
