ODF requires to document “implementation-defined” things and application specific extensions to the standard. Especially extensions with the new coext prefix are affected for Collabora. There needs to be a place for this documentation and a maintainer. Upcoming example: Elements to save information to ODF in regard to SmartArt so that a round-trip with OOXML will be possible.

The problem includes the question whether to use the existing documentation from TDF and whether to have a common documentation together with TDF and if applicable, how to do it.
