Nextcloud + Collabora OK but image preview of filetype send errors

i have nextcloud.domain.com and collabora.domain.com on the same IP adress and IT WORKS!!
BUT in the nextcloud error log i found:

[richdocuments] Erreur: Failed to convert preview: Server error: POST https://collabora.domain.com/cool/convert-to/png resulted in a 502 Bad Gateway response:
Bad Gateway

GET /core/preview?fileId=3669&x=250&y=250

It looks like this issue came up after upgrading to version 25.04: convert-to endpoint fails in latest Docker image (25.04) · Issue #11883 · CollaboraOnline/online · GitHub

There’s already a fix in place, but it seems we’ll need to wait for the next Docker release for it to be available.

Could you share which version you’re currently using?

Hello @darshan,
my stack has : “image: collabora/code:latest”
so it should be the issue you reported…
