Collabora Office Version 26.04.2.4 (dfcdd2f0c7), running on macOS Tahoe 26.6.2.
In Writer, there’s no File → Save As, and no File → Export or Download As either — File only shows a plain Save command, which writes to .odt regardless of the original file’s format. I haven’t been able to find any menu path to export or save as .docx, or to any other format.
On macOS Tahoe with 226.04.2.4 looks like there’s no option to save to any format except .odt.

Two quick questions to help us pin it down:
If you open a document and look at the in-app UI (the File tab in the tabbed toolbar, or the menu inside the document window) rather than the macOS menu bar at the top of the screen — do you see any Export / Download options there?
Did you install from the Mac App Store or from a direct download from collabora.com? (The App Store build is sandboxed, so it’s useful to know which one shows this.)
