Vector rendering for online:

• Reviewing the rendering code and fixing issues on the way
  • mainly better code structure
  • trying to figure out how to add a canvas renderer in smaller steps
• Looking how to add vector rendering in parallel to bitmap
  • so it’s possible to choose which one to use
• Added tests for JSON primitive tree
  • added a framework how to check in a XPath-like way for JSON, which is useful for testing
• Added the vector slide rendering and checked it’s working
