When traying to translate some of LibreOffice phrases through weblate, I recieved the warning message: “Insufficient privileges for saving translations.”. Although I’m registered and logged-in. Any suggestions?

Did you try https://translations.documentfoundation.org/ or Collabora Online @ Hosted Weblate?
The former is under control of The Document Foundation, here is the docs how to join: Localization | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft
The issue is with The Document Foundation. As for [Collabora Online @ Hosted Weblate] it works smoothly.

If you are experiencing some difficulties when attempting to contribute to https://translations.documentfoundation.org/ then best to report it or contact the language team: Languages and localization area - The Document Foundation Wiki. Additionally you could file a bug on the TDF Redmine instance: https://redmine.documentfoundation.org, this instance is used to track weblate and other website related problems or feature requests.
