When I use CollaboraOffice in DeX mode (a feature that allows using a smartphone on a USB-C screen), I experience instability. For example, when I double-click on a CSV document, CollaboraOffice opens but remains stuck on the loading bar for a very long time. Then, I can’t confirm the CSV import options, and the application freezes.

What you are seeing in DeX mode looks like a real stability issue in Collabora Office when handling CSV import dialogs on external displays. The symptoms you describe, stuck loading bar, CSV import dialog not responding, and the app freezing, are consistent with UI event handling problems we have seen in some multi-window or desktop-like Android environments.
At the moment, Samsung DeX is not officially supported or extensively tested, so issues like this can unfortunately happen, especially with modal dialogs such as the CSV import options.
To help us investigate further, it would be very useful if you could share:
- Your device model
- Android version
- Collabora Office app version
- Whether this happens every time or only with specific CSV files
