Yes, you’ll need to create a GitHub account if you don’t already have one. The GitHub issue tracker is separate from your Collabora account, so your Collabora login won’t work there.
Once you have a GitHub account, you can report the issue in the Collabora Online repository here:

There is a connect button on the Collabera online interface which takes you through to GitHub. Does that do anything else?

Oh, no need to connect it there—that’s fine. The main issue just needs to be filed on GitHub, so it’s not necessary to include this link on the forum.
