    • [Calc] [Rashesh]: New addressinput field in calc which adds ability to create new named range from addressinput field, ability to select created named range. Use the created named ranges in formula for example: =SUM(testrange1; testrange2), =SUM(testrange1; testrange2) + Max(100; 1000). The autocomplete popup should have this named ranges in the list and you should be able to autocomplete it

    • Found regression Calc - address input field: Pasting an address does not jump to cell, but pastes the content to cell in focus => merged but will go with Green CODE

      • So we ended up disabling the Cirrus CI (FreeBSD) because the service was broken

      • I have talked with them and it seems they are using the Google cloud platform. But this means that every time we have a new version we need to wait for Google’s approval

  • Working now on something related to CSV and probably will backport it but I’m waiting for some feedback → https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/165905 → now merged!

    • this was mostly useful for converting CSV → PDF – because separators were not found

    • idea was to detect automatically at conversion.

    • First patch – adds character-set and separator settings

      • can use these when you pass the filter parameters.

      • Instead of separator & character set put ‘detect’

    • Would be nice to use it in the import dialog.

  • Would love to help out with design for serializing settings (Michael)

  • Getting much more frequent races causing a download of the file … when clicked. (Michael)

    • seems like a richdocuments / Nextcloud race… perhaps more plugins installed …

    • now have draw.io/BPMN/etc. etc. in the list here … probably related to this.

    • Finally have a reproducer on our instance

    • Seems the viewer API has a design flaw in that regard

    • Our files engineering-team is looking into having a work around

  • Small bugfix release of richdocuments later (probably today)

    • branding customization fix for logo

    • iframe accessibility

    • Fix issue where files were locked during preview generation with network timeouts which could have lead to failed saves

      • There is still a risk, but less likely, currently thinking about better ways to handle this

  • Nextcloud 30 upcoming, currently in beta

  • Nextcloud Conference is happening Sept 14-15, contributor week afterwards

    • now trying to get the address of the cells from core side - (cells that will be deleted)

    • then will try to change cells bg color depending on the cells address (light mode)

    • then make it work on dark mode

  • (Reported) - Autofill preview tooltip shown in the wrong location if the document have frozen row/columns (GH#10253) - https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues/10253 → Ezinne cc:Anna can we test this and remove the unconfirmed tag

  • (Reported) - Calc: scroll automatically when entering the frozen area when selecting cells (and using autofill) (GH#10269) → https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues/10269

  • (Closed) - Enhancement - Calc: Autofill: show the value that the latest cell will get once the mouse button is released

  • Mobile has been released, in both iOS and Android!

    • What is better?

      • On Android: Clipboard copies rich content properly again → iOS will need a different solution, so hopefully that’ll be in the next release

      • On both: A few more issues related to moving around calc on touchscreens…

      • On both: dialogs now no longer have broken unicode :tada:

      • …and, of course, everything else from 24.04.7!

    • Next release? → Will be a little while as I’m going on holiday for a couple of weeks, planning it for late-November

  • Core legacy format work merged → still need to make an online part to add the right export buttons, want them off by default so administrators can turn on legacy format export in COOLWSD or somesuch thing…

  • Have a patch to insert video/audio in impress → Really like this one, it’s awesome to be able to do that after having to use Desktop LO for so long … there are still some rough edges but it’s beautiful to have this finally!

    • Calc formula tooltips now available in each users language (earlier it was based on language of the first user who loaded the document) → tested today, it works!

    • Various improvements for dark/light theme text in calc when font has automatic colors → let’s test this today

    • Fixed resolved comments would have highlighted on reload even if resolved comments are hidden.

    • another problem; the manually generated page only goes till 100 contributors → please add pagination

  • Still has that workflow not updating this page automatically. I don’t know which permission is needed over there as I have the owner’s rights :slight_smile: Pedro also tried with his GH user but it’s the same….
