• Szymon’s monitoring: “last builds” monitoring

  • Week 31: Cypress clean pass: 30%, 419/607 have at least one “retry”

  • Week 32: Success rate is 4%, failed builds are 48/50

  • Week 32: Turnaround time is 2 hr 46 min (median of last 29 SUCCESS/FAILURE builds)

    • with incremental builds – old headers still at the old locations (Andras)

      • then something broke, and Jenkins ran ‘make clean’ and the next patch failed.

    • Some fixes pushed before the change that it relates to – the reverse case.

    • Fix: the new setup is to not do incremental builds, full builds instead (Andras)

      • PCH and ccache is in use – so hopefully windows builds are fast.

      • We have three windows builder nodes – lets see.

• New Hardware (Michael M)

  • have 2x new M4 Macs in-hand to setup, and 4 new 1.9Tb SSDs,

  • have a 400 thread machine in process of being ordered, perhaps two.

Crash testing (Caolan)

• 2026-07-29: 62 (-6, +13)

  • backsliding with apparently old layout issue surfacing after numbering improvements

• 2026-07-22: 55 (-37, +0)
