Don't want to enable Non-English Fonts in Collabora

Dear Team,

I am currently working on configuring our system and need some guidance regarding font support in Collabora Online (CODE):

  1. Non-English Font Configuration: We need to disable or uninstall the fonts for non-English languages within the browser-based editor. Could you please provide detailed configuration steps, or direct me to the relevant documentation/articles to disable in our environment?
  2. Microsoft Word Font Support: We want to ensure seamless compatibility with Microsoft Word documents. Does Collabora natively support all standard MS Word fonts? Alternatively, do you have a list of Microsoft fonts that are currently not supported?

Collabora uses system fonts and may bundle some. You may uninstall unneeded fonts via system packager.

MS fonts are supported as any other that is installed. But licenced MS fonts are usually not available in the server. We recommend using metric-compatible fonts as fallback for proprietary ones.
