Hello @wait-sunshine,
Welcome to the Collabora Online forums!
Could you please provide more details about the version of COOL you’re using? Are you integrating it with Nextcloud? If so, which version of Nextcloud are you using?
Is this issue happening frequently, or was it just a one-time occurrence?
There could be a permission issue with the storage, so I need more information to better understand the situation and help resolve it.
Thanks,
Darshan
Hello @darshan,
The version I am using is wsd 24.04.7.1 61cf2b4, which runs on Centos 7 and is installed with yum. I don’t have Nextcloud integration.
This problem occurs every time the file is opened, the first time it fails, and the second time it succeeds.
I have solved this problem by removing the &access_token from the url, but I don’t know why.
I have another server, Ubuntu 24, and I am running Collobora/code in docker mode. But its url must be added with &access_token, otherwise the file cannot be accessed.
Why some urls do not require access_token, are these due to the version?
Thanks,
wait-sunshine
@wait-sunshine I found a thread which have similar issue can you please check it once , Collabora Office failed to read document from storage - ℹ️ Support - Nextcloud community
Try and let me know how things go here
Thanks,
Darshan
