On the server-side of things. Your documents could be hosted on:
- Your own servers / “cloud”.
- A third-party provider.
- There are dozens of companies listed on that page to choose from.
And on the document-side:
- You would receive all the latest (security) patches as they come in.
- A new Collabora release happens about once a month.
