I have a problem, if I connect to Collaborate to edit a file connected to my company’s network everything works, but if I do it from a pc connected externally to my company it no longer opens the files .
Solutions?
Update Nextcloud or client settings
- The URL for Collabora Online in Nextcloud (or your integration) must be the external, publicly accessible one, not an internal address.

The problem was in the corporate server accepting calls only from the internal network.
I see that means it is the issue on your network to configure. No worries please feel free to reach out if any other help needed.
