I have been meaning to raise the issue of documents taking a long time to load. I recently purchased a iPad and would like to use Collabora for writing documents, What is happening is that when I first open a document, it opens very quickly. If I then close the document but try to open it a short while later, it takes an inordinate amount of time to open. Have other users been suffering this problem? Is there any fix for it. Happy New Year

If you can share your document, then probably the best is to report this at GitHub · Where software is built (use the “new issue” button). Then we could see if we see some way to speed up loading. Thanks!

From screen shot you shared it seems you have created issue in dfferent repository then expected . The correct link is https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues which miklos shared in his last reply.

Can you please the issue there ? there you can easily add the attachment.
