After an update of Nextcloud to version 21.0.4 Collabora online (version 4.2.2) does not work anymore. When I click on a document, first I get Pic-1 and after 20 sec I get a message that the document cannot be open. My provider told me that he has updated CODE Server to version 6.4.10.10.

Is this still an issue for you in the latest version of Nextcloud + Collabora Online?
I know it’s about 2 years later… so hopefully all the trouble with opening your documents was fixed since then.

I don’t know because I did not use Collabora in the last months because of the troubles. I changed to OpenDocument and the Microsoft Server.

Well, come test out Collabora again if you get the chance.
Lots of things have been changed and updated since 2021—and a new major version (23.05) just came out—so it should work much better now!
