Collabora Office Hangs when creating new file in iOS

Collabora office hangs when creating new office file. Just blank white screen. I have to restart the Collabora app, go back to the place where I created new file, and open newly created file to be able to view or edit it.
I have iOS 18.3.1 on my phone.
My Collabora office version is 24.04.12.4.

  • Did this issue start happening only in the latest version (24.04.12.4), or did you experience it in previous versions as well?
  • Could you check if there are any logs or error messages when the app hangs?

  1. I didn’t use Collabora office before this 24.04.12.4 version.
  2. How can I see logs in iOS?
