• Icon blueprint → would be a placeholder with metrics in it that help anyone to create or improve icons.

  • Figma spec inside of figma

    • Ivana already has basic spec in Figma (screensharing and then more screensharing and questions between Ivana, Andreas, Heiko and Sahil)

  • But would be also good to have an svg file that a user can simple open in inkscape and use it

• Heiko: Do you know any other app to collaborate while doing design (specific to icon design)?

  • Figma (not specific to icon only) and further discussion

  • Writer dynamic zoom → Timur concerns now solved

    • Options dialog: When dynamic zoom is toggled on → default zoom combobox is disabled

  • Found why the field shading is always on

  • Question: does it make sense to have a single toggle or switch the

    • Heiko would prefer to have one toggle to rule them all

      • But then the field shading would not need to exist

• We need a new icon for Add theme (color theme)

  • AI (for Pedro): paste Szymon’s instructions on how to move stuff from sidebar to notebookbar

    • Tracked-changes tooltips prevent text selection and commenting in red-lined documents => Not reproducible on stagging and locally

    • Next: szymon reported he still can cut and paste the image in view mode which I am working on I can not reproduce that

  • Multipage-view - Writer - Comment Box Remains Fixed at Top When Scrolling

    • fixed with <https://gerrit.collaboraoffice.com/c/online/+/2913>, just that the CI is taking so long, it’s taking ages to get anything in as some tests fail locally but not on the CI, so CI is the source of truth.

    • in this case, scrolling_spec.js fails, but it passes locally..

  • Impress: More efficient positioning of the displayed page + comments

    • fixed a lot of tests, finally no cypress test fails

    • asked Szymon to review

    • iterations have been slow because of CI load, and I wonder why i am not getting emails for build failures when i manually trigger them.

  • Writer: resizing tables cells icon in menu

    • investigated, put together at patch which adds the UI to the notebookbar, need to syncronize that with the sidebar.
