I’v got some users who stay connected with a opened document for a long time (2-3 days).
I can disconnect them with the admin console but is there a way to do this with a batch job.
I should do this with the wopi server but I should have to manage a "user table → connect/disconnect… " and I don’t know how to force disconnection…
The simplest way would be to get the same datas as the admin console…
Inactive sessions should be disconnected after an hour (by default), if there are sessions stuck for days, it indicates some kind of problem. Which version are you using? If it isn’t the latest, I’d suggest updating first.
