Collabora Office on my iPad can’t seem to authenticate to my Dropbox. When I select Dropbox on the left, it says “Authentication Required. To view the items in this folder, you need to authenticate.” When I tap on the “Authenticate” button, a window appears that is cut off and I can’t see all of it’s contents. It seems to say “Sign in to Dropb” on one line and then “Please open the Dropbox app and sig”. That’s all that can be seen. There’s a cancel in the upper left corner. I have opened the Dropbox app on my iPad and I am signed in but, that doesn’t seem to help Collabora Office at all. Please help, and Collabora Office is basically useless to me if I can’t access files from my Dropbox. Thanks.
Replying to myself because after I posted that, I realized that Collabora uses the ipadOS Files app and it was the iPadOS Files app was what was having an issue with Dropbox. I actually had to delete the Dropbox app and reinstall it before the Files app would authenticate to Dropbox and now I can open files from Dropbox in Collabora Office.
