Is it possible to install oxt plugins?, if yes how can it be done in docker?

I am interested in installing a LibreOffice .oxt plugin for collabora server that I have installed using docker, The documents mention : unopkg add --shared <plugin.oxt>
but this is does not work. Is the any way of installing this?
