Need help with connecting server in iOS App

I just recently set up Nextcloud with Collabora CODE server. The Nextcloud iOS app works fine, but when I attempt to connect the Collabora Office App to my server it says, “socket not connected.” Does it not work? Am I missing something. My tech has attempted to reconfigure, but it still errors.

Any advice appreciated.

Test in Safari on iOS

On your iPhone, open Safari and try accessing:

https://your-collabora-domain.com/hosting/discovery
  • If this doesn’t load, the issue is likely with your server or SSL configuration.
  • If it works in Safari but not the Collabora iOS app, the app might have stricter network/SSL policies.
