Obtaining NextCloud account

Hi, I have been exploring Collabora Online recently and am a bit lost in terms of setting up a NextCloud account.

To enable collaboration by separate persons in separate locations I assume that a local instance of NextCloud isn’t appropriate and that I therefore would need a hosted NextCloud provider. I am in Ireland but can’t see that there is any local provider . Can anybody suggest a good NextCloud provider for a small business / use ?
