Document pages not showing up when opened, only comments

Hi,
I’ve had this issue before, but it went away the next day. However it has been several days now with no change. I have tried restarting my computer but I don’t know what else to try. When I open a document in Collabora Office, the editing bar at the top shows up, and if the document has any comments those show up, but the rest is blank space. This is the case with all my documents. I am on a Chromebook. This is what it looks like:

If anyone can help me with this, it would be much appreciated.

Can we get a little more info about your setup?

• What is your exact Help > About info?
• What is the version of your OS / Chromebook?

When I open a document in Collabora Office, the editing bar at the top shows up, and if the document has any comments those show up, but the rest is blank space. This is the case with all my documents.

Hmmm… so if I’m understanding you correctly:

• Documents without comments open up fine.
• Documents WITH comments get stuck in some sort of blank limbo?
  • Like your screenshot.

Or is it:

• Documents without comments only show menus + menu bar… rest is just blank.
• Documents WITH comments look like your screenshot.

Was there any specific file or strange thing you were doing before Collabora got stuck like this?
