Failing to load Nextcloud Office, yet the Collabora Online server is reachable in Nextcloud

I’m running into an issue with Collabora and Nextcloud installed on TrueNAS SCALE (the most current RC). So, on the surface everything looks fine and should work. I have access to the Collabora admin page, and Nextcloud can reach the server. Everything is going through Traefik. I included some of the config screenshot for Collabora from TrueNAS SCALE (only the ones where I added or made changes).

Any idea what next steps I can take to troubleshoot?

Can you give a description of how it fails to load ? more detail there would be helpful. When you click on a file what happens ? what does the browser console and Network tabs show in Chrome when you press F12 ?
