Some scenarios require adding annotations in read-only mode, such as during document approval. In read-only mode, Word documents cannot be selected for multi line copying

hii @gulixiang comments for RO needs some more development. Currently, this is disabled for apps.

I will file a GH issue and will try to address this soon as possible :slight_smile:
