Provide CODE ARM64 package for Ubuntu 22.04 and 20.04

Hi there,
I’m seeing here that CODE is only available in the ARM64 variant for Ubuntu 18.04, it would be nice to have it for the next LTS versions (20.04 and 22.04).
Plus it is possible to use the same repository as the x86_64 version :slight_smile:

Hi! Yes, the problem is that it requires non-trivial amount of infra work, so it’s been on the back burner.
