All Korean characters display like box, I changed fonts but nothing good. it has worked well before.
We use it in nextcloud - ubuntu system. (x86 CPU)
Collabrora Online version is 3.7.1.7
Collabora Online - Built-in CODE Server 6.4.705

Collabora has had many major releases since 6.4 and there’s been many updates to CJK and RTL languages.
It was probably a strange missing fonts issue all those years ago.
Anyway, try out the latest version. It probably runs much better now. 
There was even a Korean user a few months ago showing screenshots of the Korean UI:
