  • Chasing uncategorised components or hard-coded values

  • Modal dialog: Focus visible in File > Options dialog (is there any other place), why?

    • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 we shouldn’t show the indicator if the dialog was triggered via mouse: “Any keyboard operable user interface has a mode of operation where the keyboard focus indicator is visible.”

  • Impress: Navigation buttons

    • Currently they are navigating to slides with comments, but they are positioned in a way of navigating to slides than comments

      • What if we :

        • 1. Change the first more button from the Properties Sidebar WRT pragraph style from opening the styles list to actually open the Paragraph style dialog of the style that is in used under the text cursors.

        • 2. Add A heading to the Properties sidebar “Properties”

        • 3. Add close button to any panel that opens on top of the sidebar, examples:

          • Styles

          • Accessibility check

          • AI

        • 4. Remove Chevrons whenever there is only one single group. Example: “Styles” and “Accessibility check” panes have only one single group each one and still have a chevron → they shouldn’t.

        • 5. Perhaps change the style so it is evident when we are in presence of a properties sidebar vs any other pane.

        • Conclusion: if the user presses close in the styles pane then it only closes that widget it does not close the properties sidebar it was opened (“bellow”).

    • Save state : need to commit my patch

    • CODA - Impress - Fullscreen - Space and Backspace does not work

    • Allow server admins to set the default zoom – works locally, 80% reviewed.

      • Inconsistent alignment between primary and secondary tabs that leads to empty content for example:

        • Writer → Format → Paragraph → Area: the tabs are hidden, and if they are to display, we render two vertical navigation tabs

        • Impress → Format → Slide properties → Background: the primary tabs are horizontal and secondary tabs are vertical
