Force turning on record document

I found that there is an option “DisableChangeTrackingRecord” which disable tracking record of the file at CheckFileInfo entries but is there any ways to force enable tracking record ? and I can’t find any document of it.

I’m not sure that’s possible without more extensive scripting, and perhaps even custom WOPI host.
