Office.vue:198 FAILED

I’m getting this randomly when opening a doc within next cloud, and receiving the message in attached screenshot.

This is a critical issue, nobody else getting this?

The message itself only implies that Nextcloud timed out when it tried to invoke Collabora Online.
Probably something is wrong with your setup, hard to say anything without details.

So you’re saying this is nextcloud not collabora?

I have no idea where to start, this doesn’t happen for me 99% of the time, but happens for some other users, some with accounts some just with sharing links.

There is no reports that when this happens the page takes a long time to load, it literally just shows this immediately.

Hi @shaung and thanks for reporting it! I actually have experienced similar since yesterday or before yesterday. I have mentioned that to the Nextclouders but would be better if you could create an issue in their side so we can keep track of this and hopefully solve it asap.

Also please state here and there the version information

Hi, I am using this version atm:

Nextcloud Hub II (23.0.1 RC1)

Issue on GitHub:

@shaung, please provide the requested additional information there.

Hi, try and upgrade to nextcloud 23.0.2 first // the 0.1 has been pulled for unknown and seemingly good reasons.
